Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring the product is at least 50% full and includes all original components.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, we will process your refund or store credit back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
